Despatch
All orders are despatched within 24hrs of payments being received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 3pm, guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of these working hours it will be shipped first thing the next working day.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24hrs. If for any reason we are out of stock or if there is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

Australia Delivery
Delivery usually within 1 to 3 days.

Express Next Day orders are guaranteed to arrive following day (Monday - Friday), provided we receive your order before 3pm. (Australia orders only - excluding public holidays)

International Delivery
Delivery usually within 5 to 7 days. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us in the unlikely event your order has not arrived.

Alternative Delivery Address
If you don't think you will be in when delivery is made or you would like to have your order delivered to an alternative address i.e. work, simply enter an alternative 'Shipping' address when asked during checkout, but keeping your billing details the same as to what your credit card is registered to.

Orders exceeding $ 110.00 receive: Free delivery (Australia only)

Postage costs

For orders under $110.00, postal charges are as follows:

$5.50 for Australia standard

$7.60 for Australia Express

$30.00 for international

Order Tracking
We provide tracking codes for all orders we dispatch, please contact us if you require a tracking code.

Order Not Delivered
You will need to sign for your package once delivery is made. However, in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please contact us for shipping conformation, your local post office will usually hold a package for 2 weeks until a redelivery is arranged or a pickup is made. After which your package will be returned to us.
